Seems to be ages since my last post but a lot has happened. did the whinlatter mtb challenge and even tho i crashed on the start i managed to get back in to the rhythm of things and came 20th overall and won my age category. (was gutted i destroyed a brand new pair of shoes in the process)
The following Saturday was my first road race of my life and was quite happy to say i got away with 2 laps to go and to the bell but was cought coming in to the final corner by the rest of the group. All good training tho :)
The Tuesday after i went out on road and destroyed my Sram Force rear mech snapping the cage 10 mile from home :(
Dont want to really mention it but i then went on to do the first round of the nutcracker mtb series came 2nd in my cat fell off about a million times and did ok considering i was running summer race tires in the muddiest course ever :)
