its been a long time since my last blog and with the cross season fast approching i have finally taken some time to do one :)
i have focoused my complete year on the winter cross with many miles in the legs already and the skills improving now ! Thia year i am going to compete once again on my Ridley x-fires as there still in fantastic condition and up for the job.
